SUPPLIER CODE / COFOR INFORMATION SECTION
- In case of COFOR CODE, the code must be 10 digits long using spacebar in order to reach the standard 10 digits length (e.g. ABCDEF 01 -> ABCDEFspacebarspacebar01). 1 spacebar counts like 1 digit.
- If you need to enter a code that starts with 15, supplier code must be 10 digits long.
The COFOR codes have the format: AAAAAA 01. Supplier Root Security Administrators (RSA) can find the COFORS assigned to their existing regional codes. Supplier users who are not RSAs should contact their RSA in order to know their COFOR code.
If your COFOR has not been created yet you can still use your FGP group code (i.e.:15xxxxxxxx) for your day to day job.
ADMINISTRATION GROUP INFORMATION SECTION
In case the Supplier Code / CoFor inserted in the previous step is NOT administered by any Supplier Security Administrator yet, it will be mandatory to provide the following additional company information:
- Address
- City
- Postal Code
- State/Province
- Country
- Phone Number
- Root Administration Group Name: Name of an Administration Group that identifies Uniquely an administration unit type Root of the Supplier. The Root Administration group is the very top Administration unit of the Supplier.
The Administration Group is an abstract entity that contains a set of Supplier Codes and Users. The user that will be register on a Supplier Code not managed previously, will be the Root Supplier Security for the entire Organization.
Organizations already having a Supplier Administrator
In all other cases, the user will be requested to choose a creation option between:
(Option 1) Register as a new End User: This option allows to create a new UserID for the portal.
With this UserID is possible to access to the portal to:
- Self-request new applications
- Access to Applications that have been granted by SSA
- Modify their own existing application accounts in terms of Supplier Codes and Roles
- Manage own Personal Master Data
- Manage own Favorites, Resources and Applications
- Read important communications sent to the Suppliers
(Option 2) Register as a new Supplier Security Administrator: This option allows to create a new UserID as a new Supplier Security Administrator for the portal. With this UserID is possible to access to the portal to:
- To manage their own company's end users (e.g. Creating user IDs, Modifying user IDs, Periodically revalidating user IDs, Authorizing applications requests for users)
- To manage their own company's administration group structure (e.g. Nominating other administrators, Creating new administration groups)
Of course this type of user has all the functionalities of an end user, as mentioned above.
Furthermore, it will be requested to choose the Administration Group within the administration structure where to register.
USER PERSONAL DATA SECTION
Users will be requested to insert personal data:
- First Name, Middle Name, Last Name, Birthday (Month and Day), Email Address, Group Email Address (e.g. info@company.com), Preferred System Language, Address1, 2 and 3, City, Postal Code, State/Province, Country, Phone Number, Fax Number, Mobile number.
INTERNAL CONTACT INFORMATION SECTION
Users will be requested to insert personal data of internal contact:
- In case a Supplier Security Administrator exists for the Supplier Code inserted by the User, the only mandatory information will be the Reason for request.
The request has to be approved by an internal Supplier Security Administrator of your Organization. - In case NO Supplier Security Administrator exists for the Supplier Code inserted by the User, it will be mandatory to provide the following information related to an internal contact (Buyer or other contact person):
o First Name
o Last Name
o Email address
o Reasons for request
